We are upgrading our gift card web shop and this will unfortunately take a few days.

The gift card is valid for the whole of Gothia Towers.

Gift cards with e-mail or SMS delivery are sent without postage fee directly when the purchase is completed.

There is a postage and shipping fee of SEK 29 per delivery when delivery method is regular mail. Physical gift cards are sent by post the next working day. Gift cards can only be sent to addresses in Sweden.

For security reasons, physical gifts cards are dispatched inactivated and the funds on the card cannot be accessed until 3 working days after purchase. If the gift card is damaged or lost in the post, e-mail us at presentkort@gothiatowers.com. However, you must contact the customer service team within 2 working days of purchase.

Each gift card is delivered in a gift envelope. Gothia Towers accepts no responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address or items ordered by individuals who are not authorised cardholders.

Digital gift cards are sent when purchased online and are activated immediately.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or wholly or partially repurchased. Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Lost cards will not be replaced.

If you change your mind about purchasing a gift card, there is a 14-day cancellation period from the date on which you purchased the card.
